I had a fantastic stay at a lovely apartment located at the foot of the castle. The spacious layout and comfortable bed made me feel right at home. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a big shower. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town and stunning views of the castle. It was also nice to have a little outdoor space with a table to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Despite a few drawbacks, such as the lower ground floor bedroom window overlooking a pavement and the lack of a blind for the old-style windows, I would still highly recommend this accommodation. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superbly close to the stunning castle and just outside the medieval city walls. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for transportation and parking options. I loved that it was situated on a square behind the Pont Vieux, making it easy to explore the area by foot or bike. this hotel was in a perfect location and provided a great experience for my visit.

Ideal location for exploring the best sights Carcassonne has to offer. The ground floor apartment was superb, complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer, allowing us to refresh our clothes for the next part of our journey. Inga, one of the owners, went above and beyond by providing us with a detailed tour of the area and even dropping us off at the train station. The thoughtful touches and exceptional hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Outstanding in every way!

Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel! The apartment had a beautiful interior with stunning views of the castle - definitely a sight to wake up to. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the castle and the main city. It was great being able to explore the castle and the old city without fighting through hordes of tourists. Another advantage was the lovely Christmas markets in the city center, adding to the magical atmosphere. a fantastic experience!

The building's exterior was a bit off-putting at first, and the entry to the hotel was shabby. there was no English TV or Netflix for evening relaxation, which would have been nice during the Christmas season.

The location was great for exploring the old town and the new part of the city. The area was quiet at night and the people were friendly. The apartment had a laundry and a shop nearby. it was a perfect little jewel in a very nice area of France.

The units at Cite Park in Carcassonne are fantastic! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room is cozy with a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private bathrooms are clean and come with a shower and a hairdryer. Plus, the stovetop in the apartment is a great addition for those who want to cook their own meals. as a budget traveller, I feel like I have everything I need here.

I personally found the kitchenware in this apartment to be a bit lacking. However, I understand that others might not have the same opinion and still enjoy their stay.

I always stay here for city trips. No regrets. Staff helped with currency exchange. Wi-Fi, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Air conditioning, Flat-screen TV. Perfect for me.

Our stay was mind-blowing! Inga's airport pickup and knowledge of the surroundings was super helpful. The place was lovely, quiet, and had jaw-dropping views. The apartment had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a flat-screen TV. The air conditioning kept us cool during a heatwave. The location was perfect for exploring, with hiking trails and a golf course nearby. We also enjoyed outdoor dining in the area and appreciated that pets were allowed. an amazing experience in a relaxing and well-thought-out property. We can't wait to return!
